General
At the time of the Iron Gate Saga, magic was forgotten in many places and is therefore no longer used. These places are inhabited mainly by people. Magic often becomes relevant at best in legends or fairy tales. But there are still places where magic is a rather common thing, though often not as sophisticated as it was in the days of the Old Empire.
