Kehda
General
Kehda [ke:da] is a desert peninsula in the middle south and east of Áváhé. The peninsula forms the easternmost region of the continent and is home to the reptiloid Kehdei.
Geography
Kehda is the largest peninsula of Ávháhé. Overall, it is relatively flat, with the largest elevation in the southeast, the mountain Dragon Thorns. The peninsula is separated from the rest of the continent by the Strait of Pensa to the west and by the canyon Naht to the south. The only land bridge is at the Stormlands.
The Vein is the largest river in Kehda. It rises in the center of the peninsula and flows west of the Blue Lagoon in the north.
Climate
The center of the island is dominated by dry desert, while dry savannahs are found mainly in the north. In the south of Kehda tropical rainforests and monsum zones can be found.
