Gesorian Codes
Aus Avahe Project
General
Gesoria makes use of diverse code phrases and encryption techniques to support it's vast network of spies and operatives and libraries.
Codes in Archives
The storage of documents and artifacts in large Gesorian libraries follows a strict classification system. The classification determines the degree of accessibility.
Name | Translation | Meaning |
---|---|---|
apýrts | Open | The knowledge is principally publicly accessible. |
selqlýds | Restricted | The knowledge is only partially accessible or not accessible at all. However, unlike sexqýrts, there is no drastically elaborate safekeeping. |
sexqýrts | Secret | The existence of the knowledge base is secret and not accessible to the public and even to some servants. |

Codes for Messages
- op.pro. → "Oportuit Protinus" (As befits, without delay) A common expression among Gesorian operatives, emphasizing the importance of an order. The recipient is expected to know which rules are to be adhered to. The expression originates from the Aerznian language.
- a.ka.na. → "At Kata Nar" (On the spot) A common expression among Gesorian operatives, indicating that something is to be done where the operative is currently active, as soon as possible.
- nem quasar, nem yarat → (No questions, no regrets) An operative is reminded to not question their orders and not regret their deeds.
- Res → (The thing) A codeword used by Gesorian operatives to describe the subject of a conversation anonymously.
- ýak.quea.a.? → "ýak quasar ara?" (Is inquiry allowed?) A sparsely used code used by a Georian operative to inquire if he may receive more information on a subject. Its utilization is associated with special circumstances and is not to be used lightly.
- Havqadu (Final message) A term used by Gesorian spies who know they might be sending their last message to someone else, possibly because they expect to be killed soon.
Out of Game Note
The terms "apýrts", "selqlýds", "sexqýrts" were developed by Bohnicz and Nylo.
